In the mid to late 1970s, we both dabbled in stained glass. This piece is a small window that Karen made.

Interestingly, this photo is from one that I recently post-processed, some of which I am sharing in my Post-processing series. I processed this image 5 days ago and included it with the batch of others I did that day when I uploaded them to Flickr. It got included in my Photo Favorites on Flickr. I do a random sort on that album each day when I select the Photo Favorite for the day. It just worked out that, this time, the photo was fairly recently processed.
So why am I just now going through them? I take a lot of photos on our trips and I just have never gotten around to working through a lot of them. It’s actually pretty neat doing this as it brings back some of the memories of the travels.
The photo above was taken looking across the bridge from 36°56’06″N 111°29’06″W (at red tag location in Google Map image below). The dam and bridge are in Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, as is the Colorado River under the dam and downstream to Marble Canyon, Arizona.
