RV Industry Recovery
A report in Daily Finance says that the RV industry continues to recover in 2012, with higher numbers being manufactured, up as much as 10% over 2011. A dealer in Ohio is cited as having sales up 18% this year with anticipation of another 15% in 2013.
In 2009, during the so called “Great Recession,” sales dropped 40%. The industry’s resurgence has been largely due to less costly towable campers.
