Camper bus.., er.., travel trailer.., umm.., bus trailer.., what the heck?

From the Ventura County Star:

Most people love the look of a classic Volkswagen camper bus, so Oregon manufacturer Dub Box USA has created an actual camper version that you can tow to your favorite recreational area. The body is a fiberglass look-alike that was inspired by an actual post-1967 Type 2 bus, yet it weighs 1,800 pounds dubbox-2(about 1,400 pounds less than an actual camper bus) so smaller vehicles can pull it. The basic 16-foot-long (including towing frame) by 68-inch-wide by 65-inch-tall (with the lift top roof raised) Dub Box Camper sells for $19,500. It includes a double bed, faucet and sink (including fresh and gray water tanks) plus appropriate electrical connections. Options incude a stovetop, refrigerator, heater, backup generator, awning and a stereo system.

The manufacturer, DubBux USA, says,

If you’re looking for a small camper that will be the envy of all, then look no further!

Tailgating, Camping, Food Carts and more…

Ideal for weeks away for two, or extra space for a family of campers, Dub box has all you need…a spacious dining area that would easily seat four adults, a huge converted double bed, a custom kitchenette with plenty of storage and so much more.

Customization is another reason why Dub box stands out from the crowd. Not only can you choose the colors for the upholstery but also the work tops, cupboards, flooring and blinds. Everything about our campers has been tailor made to enhance your camping experience.
