Photography Now & Then #37
Today’s photo1: Bananas in the produce section; shopping after finishing at the gym . February 6, 2018 (Apple iPhone 6s)
Karen and I are sharing transportation this week. Her car is in the shop for repairing damage done when she was rear-ended a few weeks ago. I prefer to go to the gym in the morning while she prefers the afternoon, so, normally, we go at different times. Since we’re down to one vehicle, we’re doing afternoon this week and, today, went to Walmart for some groceries afterward. The car, with some folding plastic boxes we keep in the back, is much better suited for transporting bags from the store than my truck is.
Photo Favorite2: Blueberries, Farmers Market, Town Square, Jackson, Wyoming, July 17, 2010 (Pentax K10D)
The farmers market in Jackson, Wyoming has a fairly short operating season. The first market of the year always takes place on the Saturday following July 4th and runs through the 3rd Saturday of September.3
Note: There was no planning in having two type of fruit in the title of this post and the pictures. It was just serendipity. I had three photos from today’s shopping, hamburger, bananas, and squash. I just happened to pick the bananas. The photo of the blueberries was a random selection from over 3000 photos. When I sorted the album randomly in Flickr, the first image was the blueberry photo.
Just serendipity.
