Wild Horse Picnic

When we are exploring, we usually take lunch along with us. It’s less expensive, of course, than eating out and, often, there aren’t any food stops along our route.  Most of the time we can find a table in a picnic area, park or public campground, but sometime we have to make do with the folding chairs and table we carry in the back of the car. At Wild Horse Campground in the Pioneer Mountains of Idaho, we first tried a table in the campground, but the insects were so bad, we moved to a spot just outside the campground.  (Photo July 25, 2010)
