Beginning this year, today, I am starting 2 new blog posting projects on Haw Creek:
Postcards, Posters, and Other Vintage Travel Images. I currently have over 550 vintage images, mostly postcards, that will be picked on a random basis and shared, usually on a basis of one a day.- Now and Then Each post will have two photos, one in each of two categories: Today’s Photo and Photo Favorite:
- Today’s Photo will be a new photo, usually taken the day it’s posted. In some instances, when internet access is not available or other conditions interfere, photos will be shared after they were taken. The intent of Today’s Photo is to drive getting back into photographing on a regular basis.
- Photo Favorite will be one of my older photos picked randomly from an inventory of photos that are being curated specifically for this project.
Where appropriate, additional content related to the images shared in both of these projects will be included.
I will also be working on other aspects of this site.
